I am an out-of-network provider with insurance and would be happy to provide you with a monthly statement for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I work with a variety of Employee Assistance Programs and would be happy to explore that option with you. I offer a free fifteen minute consultation.
I offer counseling in a warm, supportive and interactive environment. I am a licensed mental health therapist in Washington and Oregon, with over fifteen years of clinical experience. I work with individual adults experiencing a variety of concerns, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, work and/or school stress, self-esteem, feeling stuck, life transitions, communication and relationship difficulties, loss, and stress management. I also enjoy working with those who are interested in therapy as a process for facilitating personal growth and development.
My approach is collaborative, personalized, client centered and strength-based, with a focus on mindfulness, somatic work, interactive coaching and CBT techniques. I enjoy helping and supporting others in discovering their own inner wisdom, building on strengths, creating positive movement forward, and building a more joyful and rewarding life.
