I help adults of all ages navigate life's transitions, such as adult children leaving or returning home, retirement, downsizing, chronic or life-altering medical conditions, and both death and non-death losses.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and have advanced training and certification in grief counseling. I use a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, integrating various therapeutic modalities to fit your unique circumstances. I prioritize a collaborative, judgment-free environment, using empathy, humor, and authenticity.
