Do you feel like there is something missing in your relationships? Are you feeling depressed, anxious, lonely, or angry? Are you struggling to understand why you behave and think a certain way?
My philosophy is that positive relationships are the most important aspect to a healthy and fulfilling life. My greatest goal is to help others develop themselves so that they can more easily connect with others and reach a high level of satisfaction in their lives. I am an LCSW-C with a social work degree from New York University (NYU). I practice as a strength-based clinician, specializing in the areas of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and addiction. I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT) to help clients understand their internal processes better. Together we can actualize your full potential, no matter your age, race, religion, or gender affiliation. Creating a healthy and safe environment is most important to have a positive therapeutic experience. I will work with you to tailor fit our sessions to help you achieve all of your goals and create more fulfillment in your life.
