More about Dr. Emily Branch, PT, DPT
Emily is a native Texan who grew up in Allen with her parents and older sister. She started dance classes at the age of 3 and eventually joined a competition team with a local studio. After a few dance-related injuries as a teenager, Emily found herself attending physical therapy quite often, and she fell in love with the field.
She earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University in December 2020 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in May 2024. While in PT school, Emily developed a strong passion for pelvic floor physical therapy and providing affirming and compassionate care to patients.
Emily completed the Herman and Wallace Level 1 coursework before her pelvic floor rotation in PT school and has since completed the Level 2A coursework with the goal of becoming a board-certified pelvic floor physical therapist.
In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping at thrift stores and estate sales, and cuddling with her cat, Pepper.
