Hi there, I'm Erica!
My name is Erica Cowell and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). It has been my privilege to spend my career helping individuals and families navigate difficult moments and periods of change and questioning.
My approach
I utilize an eclectic approach that draws on multiple therapeutic modalities to customize a treatment plan that matches your needs and preferences. I firmly believe that you are the expert on your own life and experiences. I am here to support you in identifying your treatment goals and then utilizing various evidence-based tools to help you achieve those goals.
My focus
My clients are often those who find themselves at a crossroads in life and who may be feeling unsure or unable to choose a path forward. They may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity conflicts, or life circumstances that are creating barriers to having the life they want to live and being the person they want to be. As their therapist, my goal is to help my clients tap into their inner self-knowledge so that they can make the best choices for themselves.
