**Treats clients aged 5-25** I have had the honor of being a mental health provider for over 16 years. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I find that collaborating with parents (when appropriate) is helpful to the family I am providing services for as a whole. I enjoy helping parents broaden their parenting skills toolbox as well as helping children, teens and adults find their voice. I enjoy empowering the clients that I get to work with through practicing coping skills, boundary setting skills, self care skills, and more. I have skills and tools that I have collected over my years in this field and am excited to share them with you.
