I'm passionate about supporting clients in their self-discovery and empowerment. My approach focuses on building self-esteem and providing tools for managing stress, anxiety, and depression. I help clients recognize their strengths, set healthy boundaries, and learn effective coping skills to manage challenges.
I earned my Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
In our initial sessions, we'll explore your unique experiences and goals in a supportive environment. I'm here to meet you on your journey, offering guidance and compassion.
I offer virtual sessions available through secure telehealth platforms. I handle scheduling and billing through Headway. New patients will receive a welcome email within 24 hours of booking.
