Gary has been extremely helpful in dealing with my shoulder pain. He has a great bedside manner, was quick to identify the issue and showed me how to minimize my pain within the first visit. I've been pain free since I started seeing him and look forward to my weekly visits.

Now I realize how mobility of my back & shoulders had been suffered from my poor posture. My therapist works with me to correct my habit, and applies different methods at the same time. I do the recommended exercises(10-30 sec short + easy ones), and I see the difference.
