Haley Peterson is a physical therapist who strongly believes each person is their own unique individual and tailors her treatment plans to reflect each patient’s personal goals. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology Sport Science from the University of South Dakota. She then went on to the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. While at the University of Saint Mary, she took electives in spinal manipulations and sports rehabilitation. Part of her mission as a physical therapist is to help each patient realize their fullest potential through education of movement and encouraging patients to play active roles in their rehabilitation. Furthermore, Haley works with each patient to help them understand that their body structure does not have to define them. She herself combats this everyday, as she has moderate scoliosis in her spine. However, instead of letting it hinder her, she participates in a wide range of activities, including hiking with her dog, playing multiple sports, kayaking, weight lifting, and running. She carries the same enthusiasm into her treatment sessions with her patients to help them realize their fullest potential.

What a great experience. Haley was very thorough. She asked questions to understand, took detailed notes and started treatment. Also gave instructions as to what I can do at home. I’m on my way to no pain.

I’ve just begun my PT with Dr. Haley Peterson…2 visits so far and I can already feel the difference! How is that even possible? We are addressing post-meniscus surgery healing (1 month ago) and pain and mobility issues with my left knee. Yesterday I walked 2 miles in slush and snow with no pain! I’m excited to continue her at-home treatments and watch my rebuilding process accelerate! I’m so grateful and will write an updated review in a month or two. Thank you!

Haley is an excellent physical therapist, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Highly intelligent, skilled, intuitive, personable, and patient. I have chronic back and neck problems, and Haley has made amazing progress and is the best PT that I have seen.
