I enjoy working with children and helping them overcome their struggles, challenges, and emotional and behavioral disorders, such as trauma, autism, depression, ADHD, anxiety etc.
I use effective therapy tools and strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapy to help clients to cope with and overcome their day to day struggles, use creative ideas that can engage and inspire clients to express themselves, communicate with others and create positive changes.
I also support and provide resource for their families. My upbringing and fluency in Mandarin Chinese and experiences living in different countries helps me reach out to and engage with clients from different culture background.
