I absolutely love Lifestance and love Heather Knox. Making or rescheduling is simple and easy. I recommend this to everyone I know. The telehealth appointments are very convenient especially when you are disabled and/or can't drive or don't like driving. It feels better being able to get the help you need from the comfort of your own home. Would give a million stars if I could.

The receptionist was very friendly. Heather was a great listener and interjected when I was at a loss for words. She let me speak my mind. Time went by very fast, and it was nice to talk to someone who just listened.
