She was very personable and nice. She seemed very interested in your pain and what was going on with my injuries. She was fun to talk to and very easy going. This was my first visit with her and I go back on Tues (feb 4). There was also a massage thearpist who treated me there with a back rub. That was not so pleasant. The massage therapist rushed thru the massage and didn't really focus on areas that I tried to tell her was an issue. She also used hot stones on me which is fine but that is a change in temperature and she never warned me that she was going to put them on my back so my first reaction is that I jumped a lil b/c they were quite warm and I wasn't mentally prepared that she was going to use them. Now as far as the admin staff they were horrible except for the receptionist Sophie (i think was her name) she was nice, but apparently there was some type of issue the admin staff was dealing with and they made no qualm about voicing things while patients were waiting. There was a lot of cussing and raising voices like there wasn't anyone there but staff so it was a little uncomfortable in the waiting area listening to all the back and forth conversations about issues they had. The office itself seemed disorganized and they seemed not to have a filing system. If it weren't for Helen Gonzalez I probably wouldn't return to this office.

the visit was terrible from the receptionist to M a at that office for a new comer. i would never go back or recommend someone to go to this facility they are rude at the top office and the below do not care for the concern of the patient
