I’m a dedicated Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). I work with teens, adults, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, those healing from early childhood trauma, and individuals with experience in or impacted by the criminal justice system.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and centered around your lived experience. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and narrative therapy while tailoring each session to your unique needs and pace. I deeply believe that therapy should feel collaborative and empowering—never judgmental or one-size-fits-all.

I was no-showed? I let about 10 minutes pass and heard nothing from the provider or anyone. and I also called the office and it seemed like maybe they weren't even open? It wanted me to leave a voice mail but I really would have liked to speak to someone. I put my time and energy to prepare myself for this appointment and literally got nothing in return. It was very unprofessional and disappointing.
