My aim is to not only to remove distress, but to enhance your potential and ability to become the best version of yourself. I work with adults who are struggling with a range of challenges including low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, uncertainty, and trauma related symptoms.My approach is kind and direct and I work with each client depending on their needs. I will provide you with a place to feel accepted, safe, and heard. My goal is for you to leave treatment with tools and insights to take with you on your amazing journey called life.
