I was nervous about seeing a therapist but Janet's demeanor was comforting. She really listened and offered sound, judgement free advice. Unfortunately, she was too far for me to continue traveling. So, after 5 months I'm changing to someone closer in Brooklyn. I was traveling from Brooklyn to Queens weekly (She's that good!).

I never usually write reviews but Dr. Arroyo was great. I felt at ease with her and felt i could tell her anything. She really seems genuine and pays attention. She's simply amazing.

i was running a little late for my appointment but they were really friendly about it when I got there the recepcionist was friendly and help me with the paperwork. Dr. Janer was really friendly and instantly I felt comfortable. It has only beign was session with her but Im already seeing changes in my marriage. I will definitely recommend her.
