Upon entering the office the receptionist is always smiling and welcoming, which is immediately calming.
Jeanette Giles, my grief councilor, is amazingly helpful! I look forward to our visits for many reasons—some are:
- She always greets me with a smile and seems happy to see me.
- She asks me questions that are thought provoking and very helpful.
- She suggests different ways to approach my concerns and/or opinions. I so much appreciate that because her questions and suggestions open my mind to many possibilities.
- Jeanette is extremely helpful to helping me find hope and happiness as I go through this difficult time with grief.
