Dr. Ko does not accept insurance as she is out of pocket. At first I was hesitant of the price, but I soon realized that I was getting way more individualized attention from her than from any other therapist that I have had in the past using insurance. She worked with me for the whole time without any other patients there. She was well worth every penny and I will be recommending her to others!

Home visits are amazing!!! Jena is professional, knowledgeable and most importantly personable and compassionate towards her patients! I despise when I can just feel the nonchalance of some health professionals as soon as I meet them. If you don't care about your patients please find a different profession. But with Jena! I can tell right away she thinks about what you need and really spends her time with you and customize techniques to ficilitate the best healing possible. She is not the cheapest and we paid out of pocket to see her but it was well worth it. All these insurance places have just Wack PTs because they are probably also under compensated so it is a number game for them. " How many more can I squeeeeze in to make ends meet? "
My ankle was completely torn and swollen for the last 8 weeks from basketball injure. Some might say career ending. I really didn't want to get surgery and everywhere I went, the doctors and whoever I saw really just seemed like they didn't care at all. The podiatrist barely even looked at me and the other PT just had me doing exercises on my own in his office while working on 2 other people at the same time.
But when I found Jena through my girlfriend's recommendation. She literally massaged me and did a lymphatic drainage massage on me for 30 minutes and then went on to work on my ankle with more personalized movements. If you have the resources, it is well worth it to pay out of pocket for a better and more personalized PT. Go to her you won't regret it. Surgery is the last thing you want to do!

Dr. Ko was so nice and patient with me, she taught me many tricks during my session so that I won’t keep having the same problem. Highly recommended! Young but professional.

I was suffering from left knee tendinitis after not rehabbing a broken right tibia correctly. Ms. Ko helped me rehab my lower body and find the right balance so I’m not unconsciously favoring one side anymore.
