Dr. Jessica Henry OTD, OTR/L CHT, COMT-UE, CNS, C-MLD I graduated as a Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, Tampa Bay Regional Campus, in 2019. I am a Certified Hand Therapist and NeuroRehab Specialist with extensive experience treating fractures, dislocations, ligament injuries, and lacerations causing tendon and nerve injury, as well as strokes and various other orthopedic conditions affecting the elbow, shoulder, wrist, and hand. I also treat neurological, neurodegenerative, and stroke-related symptoms through exercise, modalities, activities, and adaptations. We offer LSVT BIG and evidence-based neurorehabilitation therapy for long-lasting outcomes, along with cognitive therapy for early-onset dementia and TBI/stroke. I use a client-centered, hands-on approach to treating various injuries, applying current evidence to promote functional outcomes. Hands on Neurorehab provides a comprehensive approach to upper extremity rehab at home. We educate our patients and their loved ones about their condition, functional deficits, and treatment plan. These toolkits include access to a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), meaning you have a skilled occupational therapist with over 4,000 hours of direct practice experience guiding you through your rehab. We also partner with PureMed Global to offer pain relief options for patients with inflammatory conditions and functional deficits that limit performance in previously enjoyed activities. The specialized care typically provided at outpatient facilities can finally be delivered at home for an affordable price.

I was given a text to confirm my appointment which I did. I went online on time. After 15 minutes I called Zoodoc who called the Dr. Then the Dr. called me to say she was on vacation and didn't want me as a patient because it was my knees and legs in pain.

Dr. Henry is not only professional, she’s thorough! She really cares about my rehabilitation and my goals for full mobility! She also created a plan for me that I can easily incorporate within my day. 10/10!
Jessica was very personable. I was having issues with swelling and pain in my wrists at work and had to find an OT. She developed a great exercise program that alleviated so much pain that I was having in my hands and wrists. I really wanted to avoid surgery as much as possible. She built some braces that I wear on the weekends and so far after 6 months, I do not see surgery in my future. I would highly recommend her.
