I've had a pinched nerve for some months now and have tried acupuncture and other physical therapists, nothing was working to minimize my pain. On my 4th session, my pain has gone down tremendously and I've learned how to have better posture to prevent future flare - ups. Highly recommend working with JOSH, a knowledgeable, experienced, and patient therapist.
I started physical therapy with Josh a few months ago and he is terrific. Josh has great capacity to identify the exercises I need to do to strengthen my core and lower body muscles. He also provides guidance for exercises to do --at home - on my own. A great guy who makes therapy productive and enjoyable.

More about Dr. Joshua Lee, DPT

Given the high quality and customization of our services, we are out of network with all commercial insurance carriers; however, we do accept Medicare. For those without insurance coverage, we offer the following affordable rates: $275 for the initial evaluation, which includes treatment, and $235 for each follow-up visit. Josh is a manual-based therapist with an extensive fitness background, allowing him to build programs for all types of injuries-from basic general conditioning to those geared toward higher-level sport-specific athletes. He views most injuries as the result of individuals lacking the prerequisites needed to perform certain skills or movements, whether it be a daily activity like climbing stairs or a specific sport such as golf. His goal is to teach clients to move better, without pain, and with full range of motion. Josh specializes in sports-related injuries such as IT band syndrome, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, and hamstring strains. He has successfully rehabilitated elite-level athletes, most recently Atlanta United defender Miles Robinson, a member of the United States Men's National Soccer Team. Josh graduated from Northeastern University with both a BS in Health and Rehabilitation Science and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He has a passion for staying active and helping people achieve their own fitness goals. In his spare time, Josh enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, and golf, traveling, eating and cooking, and supporting one of his many Boston sports teams.

My physical therapist, Joshua Lee is a genius. He is is quick to create a treatment that is achievable and effective. I've been to a lot of physical therapists but never worked with anyone so responsive. Josh cured my crippling back pain quickly and taught me exercises I can do myself. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Never a wait. Really clean, professional environment.
