I am extremely grateful for finding JC and Driven Elite Health. I showed up for PT after having surgery on a severe elbow/arm fracture. Upon arriving I had virtually zero mobility or strength in my arm. JC had me back playing basketball, golfing, weight training and most importantly, back to my normal life after just 3 months. JC comes into every session with professionalism and enthusiasm that makes a very challenging situation much more manageable. Without her expertise and emotional support I firmly believe I would not have had the successful recovery that I’ve had. Whether you are an athlete or an average Joe, I would highly recommend JC and Driven Elite Health for your physical therapy needs

Dr. JC (Julie) Chrisman-Aly is a physical therapist specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine. She graduated from UT Southwestern Medical Center in 2019 where she was awarded the Kaydee Sloan Academic Excellence and Social Responsibility scholarship and was inducted into the Alpha Eta Honor Society representing the top 10% of her class. She completed her residency shortly after and is one of less than 4000 orthopedic residency graduates in the United States. During her residency, she trained with the chief of shoulder surgery and other renowned physicians specializing in total joint replacements, sports related injuries, and more. She taught in the orthopedic curriculum in UT Southwestern's DPT program and has volunteered for Dallas Baptist University and UT Dallas for the past three years helping perform preseason physicals for athletes.
Prior to her career in physical therapy, JC attended college at the University of Texas majoring in Exercise Science. During her time there she won a national championship and was awarded first team all American by the National Collegiate Volleyball Federation. She is still an avid volleyball player and enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking, and walks with her dog. She is so excited to join the Driven Elite Family.

I am going to JC at Driven Health for a torn meniscus that is non surgical so I need to rehab it to get back to my normal activities which include running, interval training and martial arts. JC is so knowledgeable and makes PT sessions enjoyable with her creativity and encouragement. I have learned so much about my own strengths and areas to work on. I would highly recommend JC for any PT needs!
