Asking for help can often be a difficult thing to do. My goal is to provide my clients a safe, nurturing environment that allows them to explore and seek the help that they need or want and achieve their full potential while maintaining positive, healthy relationships. My experience includes depression/mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, stress management, infertility, life transitions, and women's issues. I provide parenting assistance as well as family, couples, and individual therapy.
