Dr. Kara Martindale sees patients at Renue Physical Therapy - Midland and has been practicing physical therapy since 2007 upon her graduation from Indiana University.
Prior to joining Renue, Kara practiced in the greater Lansing area for almost eight years, where she gained valuable experience, including sub-acute rehabilitation focusing on cardiac, neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorders.
She directed and assisted with the development of an aquatic therapy program focused on sub-acute rehabilitation. Kara strives to provide the best possible treatment for her patients through evidenced-based practice.
In 2017, Kara earned Titleist Performance Institute Certification and provides the latest in golf specific treatment techniques. Kara optimizes a client’s swing mechanics through improved mobility, flexibility and mechanics while striving to prevent injuries and decrease pain both on and off the course.
Kara is a certified clinical instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association and enjoys teaching physical and occupational therapy students.
She currently resides in Midland with her husband and two children.
