Hi there! Welcome. Come as you are. I enjoy working with individuals and couples from all cultural backgrounds. My primary goal is to help you see and embrace all that you were made to be. I believe therapy is about coming home to your inner child - who you were before life happened to you and you formed distorted beliefs about yourself, others, and the world. I create a space where clients feel unconditionally accepted as they are while I journey with them through restoring themselves.

Katelyn is fully attentive, remembers details about me, and makes conscious effort to understand some of my unique predicaments.
She provides both comfort and meaningful guidance. She has on multiple times further researched topics discussed within our sessions on her own time.
I have made significant progress on my self-esteem, and am healthier than when I began treatment. I consider the sessions to be a highlight of my week.

Katelyn is such an amazing therapist and person. She is really good at creating a safe space and an environment where you are able to talk about deep things. She changed my life and how I think about relationships, but it never felt like she was preaching or telling me what to do. She is flexible, empathetic, and understanding and I love having her as a therapist.

I worked with Katelyn for a year and she helped support me through multiple issues & life obstacles! I really appreciated how Katelyn helped me think about different situations in life and how do handle them in a way that made me feel confident and in charge of my life. Katelyn has been the best counselor I could ask for to help me in my journey in stepping into healthy, intimate relationships. She’s held such a tender space, and thus provided me with the safe space that I needed to grow and heal internally, and so up in relationships as my best self.

I have done several years of trauma therapy and struggled with Finding a therapist that was comfortable and familiar with cptsd, trauma, autism and lots of complexity. Katelyn is such an awesome therapist, she is so perceptive and really takes the time to know and understand her clients. She is able to ask insightful and timely questions that help me get to the heart of the issue. Her compassion and empathy really shine through all that she does. She is a fantastic communicator and really good at holding space no matter how big the feelings or trauma. I like that she is able to combine grounding techniques and practical physical techniques as we work with my parts.

I really liked her and she made the environment extremely comfortable. I always feel welcome in her office and have never had an issue with being open with her cause she’s always been extremely easy to talk to and understanding.
