Katie received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA and received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Pre-Physical Therapy emphasis from San Diego State University.
While attending PT school Katie pursued her pelvic physical therapy certification and completed a clinical rotation treating a variety of pelvic floor dysfunctions. Katie also has clinical experience treating a variety of outpatient orthopedic and inpatient conditions including chronic pain, sports and recreational injuries, and post-operative cases. She takes pride in providing individualized and evidence-based care while tailoring the treatment plan to best assist patients in reaching their personal goals.
Originally from the Bay Area, CA, Katie grew up playing a variety of sports including Basketball, Soccer, Swimming and Waterpolo. In her free time Katie enjoys a variety of local fitness classes including cycling, mat and reformer pilates, kick-boxing, and yoga. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, facetiming her family dog back home in CA, and exploring all the East Coast and New York City has to offer.
