Personally: Katie is a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and a trauma psychotherapist. She recognizes the importance of person-centered therapy and the many roles and complex relationships you experience. Although therapy takes place in a professional setting, it requires safety, empathy, and humanity.
Professionally: Over the last ten years, Katie has been involved in the mental health field. Katie first founded her private practice in 2020 with a vision to build a trauma-informed network of multi-disciplinary professionals. She expanded her practice from Michigan in 2022 and founded Carmel Therapy Network in 2023 to service all of Indiana. Katie specializes in trauma healing and primarily works with adults experiencing PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, life adjustments, codependency, and people healing from narcissistic abuse. Katie completed a virtual EMDR intensive with EMDRIA in September 2021 and has two years of virtual EMDR experience.
Katie is licensed in Michigan and Indiana. Katie sees clients via telehealth. Katie accepts Anthem BCBS in Indiana. Katie accepts BCNBCBS in Michigan (pending).
