As a therapist, I am committed to helping others feel understood and appreciated for who they truly are. I view the process of therapy as a collaborative partnership, guiding individuals to uncover their own deep wisdom and power to create a life of purpose. I place an emphasis on rapport building by providing therapeutic support rooted in curiosity and compassion. I am passionate about supporting people with complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, LGBTQIA+ challenges and substance abuse utilizing an integrative framework that is rooted in somatic (body centered) therapeutic practices, supporting each individual in enhancing their connection between their mind and body.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work in an integrative and holistic fashion, focusing on the mind-body-spirit connection to help individuals reclaim their true essence. I utilize a comprehensive framework, which includes components of, ACT, EMDR, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, mindfulnes, Somatic Experiencing, Reiki, and breathwork practices, to support transformation. Our work together will prepare you with new strategies and methods for navigating life's challenges with greater ease and confidence. Taking the first step towards healing is courageous.
