Kelly is great! After explaining to how other muscles contributed to improving the injured area/ muscle, she showed me exercises to complete at home. I appreciate her pleasant disposition and supporting me with my goal of not only healing my injured area through exercises but also to get stronger while lifting weights in the gym. It’s like having a personal trainer covered by insurance in one!
