Concierge Coaching and Psychotherapy are provided in the comfort of your home or office at your convenience. Throughout my career as a psychotherapist and executive coach I have seen how much therapy and coaching have evolved. In that time I have helped clients achieve excellence in both their personal and professional life. I have also found that each client requires different levels of confidentiality and anonymity and that the modalities of treatment needed to change with the times. I have found that whether you are seeking psychotherapy or coaching the quickest results are directly related to your ability to challenge yourself with my assistance and develop a clear, organized and systematic plan to achieve your goals. So I offer individual counseling and coaching either face-to-face or via Skype or Face Time or a combination of both.
Psychotherapy has historically been designed to explore one’s history and implement corrective emotional and psychological changes through an understanding of one’s motives and behaviors face-to-face. My approach has evolved with the times to offer classic psychological techniques with modern technology, to offer solution focused goals via a combination of media contacts with occasional face-to-face contacts to help you gain practical and sustainable results in your life with minimal inconvenience.
Coaching also provides an avenue for partnership through multimedia where the intention is to maximize your potential for improvement with minimal inconvenience of having to come into my office or for me to visit you except on the occasions where it is called for. My approach is focused on partnering with you to develop clear goals for our work and to help challenge yourself to develop strategies for seeking solutions and improving your overall quality of life.
