Kim Hurt graduated with her BS from University Nevada Las Vegas in Sports Injury Management and Kinesiology in 2007, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University Nevada Las Vegas in 2010. Kim co-authored a research study that was published in JOSPT 2011 entitled, "The Effects of Lumbar Manipulation on Transversus Abdominis Thickness in Asymptomatic Individuals."
Kim's emphasis on treatment utilizes principles from Postural Restoration Institute and functional restorative exercise, and she is working toward her manual therapy certification through IAOM-US. Kim is certified in ASTYM, and uses a variety of other manual techniques for soft tissue work.
