I believe every individual is unique, so I offer an individualized approach to therapy. My goal is to understand you—your personality, needs, and experiences—so I can tailor my methods to best suit you. I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, play therapy, art therapy, and more. This diverse toolkit allows flexibility in assisting you, ensuring our work is effective and personalized.
I work with individuals ages 8 and up and am passionate about helping people of all backgrounds understand themselves, overcome struggles, and move forward with confidence. Before becoming a counselor, I taught, which helped me connect with and understand people of all ages. I have also volunteered with the elderly and worked at an animal shelter, enriching my experience and deepening my commitment to helping others.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida. Being half German and half Vietnamese, I grew up with a rich multicultural background that shaped my understanding of the world and the diversity people bring to therapy. I am passionate about using my experiences and love for connecting with others to help you understand yourself, overcome obstacles, and create the life you deserve.
