My visits to therapy and work hardeny have been great, therapist has been always in care of all my therapy needs, Kirsten is very productive. I have been provided with excellent care all the time. Plus, Kirsten speaks Spanish, which makes every session for me very comfortable, she would speak to me in Spanish, very helpful.

Kirsten is a great therapist, she is very careful and friendly, she comunicates in Spanish as well in English which is a plus for me. She helps me in all my exercises, she is there for me at all times. She is the best therapist I have work with.

Kirsten grew up in the Northern VA area and always hoped to come back following school. She graduated from Elon University in 2010 with a degree in Exercise Sport Science and went on to graduate school at Shenandoah University, where she graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2013. Kirsten hopes to further her education by taking a wide range of continuing education classes that focus on manual therapy, neurological rehab, and return to sport.

My visit are always productive, efficient, and effective. The care I've been provided has been beneficial to my recovery, as well as my overall health. Each visit provides me with pain relief and I always leave with improvements to my shoulder's overall recovery.
