This person does not exist at the listed address. I arrived to my appointment that didn’t really exist. The location is a wellness center that offers occupational therapy but they had never heard of me or Kristi Hinkley. They weren’t even open at 10 am. There was no appointment. The phone number provided doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time.
