Kristin has been a Physical Therapist for 18 years, and with Excellcare Physical therapy since 2004. She had received her Bachelors of Science from University of Illinois Urbana Champaign in Biomedical Engineering, and a Masters of Physical Therapy from Governors State University. She is a certified Pilates instructor and uses some of the Pilates techniques to help patients recover. She has found that her background as a Physical Therapist coupled with her knowledge of Pilates allows her to customize programs for people of all levels to reach their fitness goals. Overall Kristin specializes in treating various musculoskeletal conditions.
In her spare time, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 wonderful children, and 4 dogs. She is an avid runner having completed 2 Chicago Marathons and 24- ½ marathons. She enjoys golfing and just being outside.
