I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Smith College. I have expertise in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure. I’m Clinical Director at Nema Health, a telehealth practice that offers effective and research-backed care for trauma survivors. We currently offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), the gold-standard treatment for PTSD endorsed by the National Center for PTSD. Ninety percent of our patients experience clinical improvement in PTSD symptoms.
