I hold a Masters of Clinical Counseling from Heidelberg University, and I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings.
I have extensive experience working with adults suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma and substance use related symptoms. I utilize evidence-based practices in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and EMDR techniques to facilitate healing and growth.
