Lea Allison graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and has been practicing physical therapy since 1990. For the first 8 years of her career, she worked in Pennsylvania in acute care and inpatient rehab for hospitals and trauma centers. She has been practicing outpatient sports medicine and physical therapy for over 25 years.
Certified in the Schroth Method, Lea specializes in the treatment of scoliosis and kyphosis of the spine in patients of all ages. Schroth Certified physical therapists are required to complete extensive training and pass additional focused testing.
Lea also has expertise in treating infant torticollis and extensive experience providing physical therapy and screenings to dancers. She trained at Westside Dance Physical Therapy and the Harkness Center for Dance Injuries in New York City to hone her skills.
After spending time in Pennsylvania, Lea returned to her roots in Sussex County with her husband and six children.
