Thanks for the help the past year. It got me thru and helped me stay on course, stay positive and be realistic. I am grateful for the session where we taped the deep breathing and the muscle relaxation. I use both of those multiple times every week.

I gave 0 stars because the provider cancelled my appointment 20 minutes after the scheduled start time. I have yet to receive any other communication. Very disappointing. To be clear I rescheduled from 11 to 3 on the same day but was available for the 3 and was told it was available.
