About Lily Hudson

Mikhal “Lily” completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Lander College for Women, part of Touro University. While at Touro, she was awarded Highest Clinical Excellence in her graduating class. Lily earned her undergraduate degree at Brandeis University. Lily is passionate about helping patients recover from injury and achieve their goals. She has over 10 years of Sports & Orthopedic Physical Therapy experience and owned and operated her own Physical Therapy practice for several years. Her clinical experience includes orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, wound care management, acute rehabilitation, and neurologic rehabilitation. Growing up in Queens, New York, Lily enjoyed competitive gymnastics and swimming. Being exposed to sports injuries and the rehabilitation process at a young age sparked her interest and desire to become a physical therapist. In her free time, she enjoys staying active by playing tennis and spending time outdoors with her family.
