Louisa is the owner/operator of DEEP Relief and has over 15 years of experience helping clients reduce pain, tension and stress. Louisa has cultivated her craft by gathering feedback from hundreds of clients and also from receiving her fair share of massages from various therapists through the years. Based on her experiences on both sides of the table, she invented the DR Hit The Spot method that uses long, gliding strokes, muscle stripping, trigger point and acupressure techniques all centered around seven hot spots known to contribute to common pain patterns. She also developed our unique #7 Perfect Pressure communication system that ensures the level of pressure that’s right for you.
