My purpose as a therapist is to be a listener, a guide, and at times, a coach for others. I bring a non-judgmental and welcoming approach to therapy to help my client find new direction in their lives; whether they be an individual, a couple, or a family. If I achieve nothing else, what I want to do is provide a safe and comfortable environment for people to feel heard and understood.
