As a practitioner, my goal is to provide clients with a safe place to bring their concerns, worries, fears and more. Together we work to create strategies and interventions to ease the challenges they face. I believe that the client is the most important person in the room, and should feel heard, felt, and supported. I am trauma informed and LGBTQ+ affirming. Therapy is a great start to creating change in our lives. I strive to provide a safe and empathetic environment. Re-telling traumas can be triggering, and overwhelming. My hope is for clients to leave without feeling raw, unsafe, and re-traumatized.

Having a practitioner that understands the impact of physical health challenges and systems to navigate with a clinical view is critical in effective treatment.
