My priorities as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist are to provide excellent care and professional therapy services to all families. I have been honored to work with exceptional families, adolescents and children in an outpatient psychiatry setting. I have extensive experience in working with children from age 4 to 19 year old adolescents, as well as with their families. My areas of expertise are the treatment of depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, ADHD, and autism. In addition, I’m trained to provide psychotherapy to adults presenting with a variety of difficulties which adversely affect their lives. I have worked in diverse school settings and am familiar with the multiple problems youth face in different educational settings, and special education. I base my work on evidence based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, ERP, and Aim-Hi, as well as a variety of professional skills and techniques learned through years of practicing psychotherapy. I have a flexible schedule and provide in- office therapy as well as online therapy. I believe that all individuals deserve an individualized and unique treatment approach, based on their psycho social circumstances and their needs.
