My first session was supposed to be 45 minutes, but I waited a long time because the doctor was still with another patient. By the time I went in, the session had already started 20 minutes late, and it ended after only about 25 minutes—almost half of the promised time. No explanation and no apologies just asked me to leave.
During the session, I was only shown three very common yoga poses. When I questioned the short session, the doctor claimed it was my fault because I “had to fill out a form,” which I had already completed before arriving. I had been speaking with the front desk staff while waiting to kill time.
Even with insurance, I was charged high for what amounted to a brief discussion and basic yoga instruction. I gained no new information—just repeated judgments and things I already knew about myself.
Overall, it felt like new patients are not taken seriously. I can’t speak to how they treat returning patients, but based on this experience,

I was convinced from day one to return to her bi-weekly for physical therapy after I got a muscle spasm from playing sports. She's very sweet and funny, found the painful spot in a heartbeat, provided explanations and a list of at-home exercises on top of the sessions to target, work and relax the concerned muscle group. Absolute gem!
