Facing difficult emotional and interpersonal challenges in our lives can be terrifying but can also be a time for growth and healing. Talking with someone who listens without judgment, understands your concerns, and helps you clarify issues can be invaluable. I am a culturally competent therapist with experience working with various populations, including the LGBTQ community, patients struggling with chronic/serious/life-threatening illnesses (Palliative Care) adolescents, adults, couples, veterans, anxiety, and depression. My therapeutic approach is solution-focused and strength-based, cognitive behavioral, and narrative therapy but truly tailored to your needs.
My role as a therapist is to support and challenge you on your journey to self-improvement and self-empowerment. Through a collaborative process, we can identify and address the underlying causes of problematic behaviors, beliefs, and feelings. Together we can begin the process of healing.
