Who Am I and What Do I Offer?
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Northridge, committed to providing authentic, empathetic, and insightful therapy that fosters deep healing and personal growth. Over the years, I've dedicated myself to guiding individuals through their unique journeys of self-discovery, leveraging my professional expertise and personal experiences to create meaningful connections with my clients.
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that genuine, transparent relationships are the cornerstone of effective healing. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. Whether you're dealing with trauma, navigating life's transitions, or seeking greater self-awareness, I'm here to walk alongside you with empathy and understanding.
I offer online counseling services (via video or phone) to anyone located in California, Washington, Colorado, and Maine. I especially enjoy working with adult women who are struggling with a variety of issues, including relationship concerns, identity growth and development, life transitions and adjustments, and depression/anxiety.
I also specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma at any time in their life and feel that these past experiences are interfering with their present daily lives. I am especially honored to prioritize working with military service members, veterans, and their families. I know making the decision to seek external help can be daunting, overwhelming, and confusing. I would love to speak with you further about your needs and concerns and help you decide whether you and I may be a good fit.
