If therapy hasn't worked for you so far you should try me! I have gotten excellent results with people who made little progress with other providers. I work well with most personalities and backgrounds.
I try to be a well-rounded mental health provider. I treat a wide range of issues and I collect strong approaches to each one. I honor the fact that my clients are different people and that a solution for one doesn't necessarily help the next. I tailor my approach to your issues depending on who you are and what helps.
I know starting therapy can be daunting. You'll find my personality is very laid back. Our sessions will feel natural quickly and we'll be able to focus on whatever it is that you need help with.
