PT visits with Dr. Gilles have all been fantastic. He is great at listening fully to all my concerns. Then, he will carefully address them all. My progression since starting at MMA has been drastic and I'm near 100% baseline/ resolution. Great exercise recommendations with focus on technical form. Very knowledgeable and great at dry needling.

Dr. Michael Giles received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marymount University in Arlington, VA and his Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky. Michael has an extensive physical therapy background with many years of experience as a PT technician and fitness trainer prior to his Doctoral education. Outside of physical therapy Michael has great passion for martial arts, in particular Jiu-Jitsu, in which he regularly trains and competes. Michael routinely implements yoga practice and weight training to supplement his Jiu-Jitsu. Michael is an advocate of a holistic approach to rehabilitation, emphasizing the benefits of both proper nutrition and mindfulness in conjunction with physical movement.

Seen 7 PT before coming here and only have felt closer to be 100 % after coming here. All the places before this only got me to at most 80 % better, before I reinjured myself again and had to start all over.
