She has been practicing yoga since 1994, & teaching since 2001, and is also a certified instructor of GYROTONIC Expansion Method.
Michele Fry utilizes a bio-psychosocial approach in her sessions drawing from several different movement disciplines and manual therapy techniques. Movement based therapy is a key component of her approach, and you can expect sessions to include yoga, breath work, Pilates and the GYROTONIC Method. Manual techniques include, acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha, mobilization of muscle, joint and fascial restrictions. She sees adult patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, as well as conditions related to women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction and/or gastrointestinal issues.
