Hi! I’m Michelle. I’m a licensed mental health counselor and I’ve been working in this field since 2010. When I’m not at work; I love to hike; ride horses; drive my 4-wheeler; and enjoy finding new trails to explore. These trails serve as a metaphor to me of all the places we can go and the destinations ahead. Some of them have been flat and easy; others have been rocky and steep. I’ve found that some of the most beautiful journeys require the most work. As an advocate for mental wellness; I'm passionate about helping others navigate through the more difficult trails in their life.
