I was in need of a doctor and scheduled the appointment just to have nobody call me or give me any instructions on how to connect to the video call. I was not contacted at all, not even the day of the appointment. and when I tried to contact them, they were very unclear and rude and hung up on me.
it was very disappointing that I was blown off from this appointment. Mental health is top priority for me and all I was trying to do was get some help with my mental struggles. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I scheduled an appointment the office confirmed my appointment and told me that an email or text message would come with instructions on how to join the appointment. I never got an additional text or email. I called the office multiple times and left a message and no one has got back to me. The day of the appointment I called multiple times and the calls just went to voicemail. I didn’t get a cancellation message or an opportunity to reschedule. She never showed for the appointment and the office still has not contacted me with a reason.
